With Pulse, which is a mobile based feature, you can reach specific groups of employees, gather instant and targeted feedback and keep it all in one place.

πŸ“ŒNote: You can only create one question per survey

You can create questions with different answer formats, such as multiple choice, sliding scales or text and send these to specific groups of employees, or your entire workforce.

To create a pulse survey, follow the steps below:

  1. In your mobile app, tap your profile icon and tap Pulse.

  2. Tap the plus icon then tap Create a new group to set your audience.

    • To edit or delete a group, swipe left.

  3. Give the group a name and tap Next.

  4. Select all or only the relevant employees, and tap Done.

  5. Select your group and tap Next.

  6. Select your answer type, and tap Next.

  7. Select when you want to start and end this survey.

  8. To answer anonymously to the survey, tap Keep Anonymous. We do not keep this data on our side.
