Create query on Pulse Surveys

How can I view the results for Pulse surveys.

To create a query on Pulse Surveys:

  1. Click Access Button image then click HR admin.

  2. Click Queries then click the plus (+) sign.

  3. From the main area, select Pulse, Pulse Participant, and Response.

  4. In the next area, select:

    • Pulse Question Type.

    • Pulse Start Date.

    • Pulse End Date.

    • Pulse Status.

    • Participant Has Responded?.

    • Participant Response.

      πŸ“ŒNote: You can select all the fields if they are relevant to you.

  5. Click Next, then on the Filters and Options page you can apply the relevant filters.

  6. Click Next and name the query, then click Next once again.

  7. You can export the results as an Excel or CSV file by clicking the Export to button.
