Pulse survey not received by employee

An employee has not received the pulse survey.

Once the pulse survey goes live you are unable to edit the audience.

To check if the user was included in the list:

  1. Add a new pulse survey.

  2. Choose the group in question and scroll through the list to check if the employee is listed.

  3. If they are not, create a new group and send out the new pulse survey.
