Error - 'Duration exceeds a day'

When trying to add an absence within PeopleHR, an error shows: Duration exceeds a day.

When this error occurs:

  1. Make sure there is no other entry on the planner for that specific day.

  2. If the above is not the case, raise a new case online and:

  • Add a screenshot of the error.

  • Mention the employee's name.

  • Specify the exact date they want to add the holiday for.
