To view applicant questions and answers you can create a query following the steps below:
Click Access Button
then click HR Admin.
Click Queries then click the plus + icon.
In the left-hand list, select Vacancy and Applicant.
In the right-hand side selection area, you can select any option suited for the desired results, but you must include:
Vacancy.
Applicant First Name.
Applicant Last Name.
Applicant Source.
Question.
Answer.
Click Next, then click Answer.
From the filter dropdown, select Non blank.
Click Next, and then name the query.
Then click Save to see the results.
