iPad 'Time intervals are not in sequence'

When tapping out the iPad states the time intervals are not in sequence.

If you're getting this error:

  • Enable 24 hour mode on the iPad Settings and from the TapInOut app Dashboard Settings, to ensure the clock outs are recognised for after 12pm.

  • Delete the app from the iPad and install it again.

If the issue persists:

  • Raise a case with us and provide an example of employee having this issue and a screenshot from the settings area within the TapInOut app showing the 24 hour mode enabled.

  • Confirm if you have the latest version of the app.
