If you're getting this error:
Enable 24 hour mode on the iPad Settings and from the TapInOut app Dashboard Settings, to ensure the clock outs are recognised for after 12pm.
Delete the app from the iPad and install it again.
If the issue persists:
Raise a case with us and provide an example of employee having this issue and a screenshot from the settings area within the TapInOut app showing the 24 hour mode enabled.
Confirm if you have the latest version of the app.
