Adding or viewing logbooks is signing users out of PeopleHR

When trying to add or view a user's logbook this is signing us out of PeopleHR where we have to log in again.

If you are being logged out when trying to view or update an employee's logbook:

If the issue still persists, raise a new case online and confirm the following details:

  • A recording of the issue.

  • Who is affected?

  • What Logbook are they trying to access?

  • What access is set on the Logbook?

  • Are they able to access via the mobile app?
