Add approvers for multi-authorisation workflows

How to add multiple users to approve requests.

When creating multi-authorisation workflows, as an admin or an user with elevated access rights you can set up multiple approvers by following the steps:

  1. Click Access Button image then click HR Admin.

  2. Click Settings then authorisations.

  3. Create a new rule or click on any existing one.

    • Click Here if you don't have the + icon for the option to add a new rule.

  4. Go to approvers then click Add.

  5. Choose the approver and click Save.

  6. Click Save again to update the entire rule.


Assign the rule to a specific user group

To assign the rule to a specific group of users:

  1. Click Access Button image then click HR Admin.

  2. Click Settings then authorisations.

  3. Click on the EYE icon next to the relevant rule.

  4. Select the group on users you wish to follow this rule, using the any of the following filters:

    • Company.

    • Location.

    • Department.

    • Specific Employee(s).

  5. Click Save.
