Integrating PeopleHR with RotaCloud enhances workforce management by streamlining scheduling, attendance tracking, and reporting processes.
In RotaCloud, to set the connection up:
Goo to Settings, then select Integrations.
Select PeopleHR, then click on Link Account.
To create an API key in PeopleHR, follow the steps below:
Click Access Button
then click HR Admin.
Click Settings, then click API.
Click the plus + icon, then enter the API name.
Tick all boxes to allow the key access, then click Save.
Once the API key is generated, copy the key using the copy icon.
Go to RotaCloud pop-up and paste the key in the API Key field.
Click Link Account.
Once the initial sync is completed, the following fields will be transferred to RotaCloud:
All Employees.
Location.
Job Roles.
Annual Leaves.
Once everything is completed, information will be imported to RotaCloud once every hour.
📌Note: If you want to import more information to RotaCloud, you will need to amend the Query to add the relevant fields.
