For the timesheet report to show the expected information, ensure you're creating the timesheet report with the necessary timesheet report queries.

These queries have to be named exactly as stated below, as this is case sensitive:

Payroll : Core Data
Payroll : Time Data
Payroll : Holidays
Payroll : Other Events
Payroll : Work Pattern
Payroll : Sick
Payroll : MatPat

If the timesheet report is not showing the ins and outs for timesheets that are on the users planners, you will need to ensure you check the Payroll : Time Data query filter for timesheet date, this may have been set to only pull through timesheets at a set point in time and therefore the dates entered in the set up are not the same.

To include all the necessary information, ensure the Include Employees without TimeAttendance ID option is ticked.

If the overtime is not being counted correctly, then

  1. Check the settings applied within the Plugins tab.

For example, if a user is working 12 hours days but this is only capturing 10, then check the max hours a day field in the Plugin Request.

If within the summarised report, this is showing more than the users contracted hours in the Normal field ,then

  1. Check your settings applied within the Plugin request.

For example user is contracted to 42.5 hours and was on sick, if you have Include non emergency sickness ticked, this will add their contracted hours and sickness hours together and present a higher number of 85. Unticking this and running the report again will not show the normal field as 42.5

If users are showing as still being on maternity/ paternity leave, this may be due to there being no end date selected within the query, you will need to select the MatPat actual end date.
