If the timesheet report is timing out and failing the request, the query Payroll: Time data may need to have a filter set on the timesheet dates.

The request within the Plugins tab will look at the specific dates you have requested, however, when being initially run it will look at the full query data which may contain too much for the system to process the request in time.
To input a filter on the query:
Click Access Button
then click HR Admin.
Click Queries then click the Payroll: Time Data query.
Click Edit then the Filters tab.
Select Timesheet Date from the left-hand side.
Into the first field, select This Month then on the field below select Last Month.
Between these two fields you will see an OR option, this will need to be selected to pick up on both months' data.
This will reduce the data the query is picking up on and will enable this query to run without the need to change any dates after a set period.
