Employee and manager settings

How do I manage what employees and managers can view.

During system set up, there are a few options that you can turn on or off based on your preferences. This is so you can set up specifics such as:

  • Manager can see employee salary.

  • Employee can see their own salary.

  • Allow employee to upload photo.

  • Manager can see employee contact detail.

  • Manager can upload document.

  • Top Facts About Our Company Report.

  • Manager can see employee DOB.

To find these settings:

  1. Click Access Button image then click HR Admin.

  2. Click Settings and then click Employees.

  3. For each setting, click Turn on or Turn off as required.

πŸ“ŒNote: If a user has edit access rights but the related setting is turned off, the setting will take priority and deny access.
