If you receive access denied errors when trying to download the request detail this will be due to the request timing out so there is no information to show.
Submit a new request using the repeat option and you should be able to download once it completes.
If this is still failing due to a timeout this will be due to how much data the request is pulling, in this instance you would need to reduce the volume being pulled through the API key for the request.
For a Time and Attendance device contact Idency to remove or mark the historical timesheets as processed.
