If you're trying to download a document from the system, but instead are presented with an Access Denied error message, this may be something to do with your browser. Here's a few things you can try first:
Try a different browser.
If the above does not help, we advise speaking with your IT team. They may have set some additional security measures for work computers or wifi.
Contact your system admin as you may not have access to the document you are trying to download outside of the PeopleHR system.
