Running slow or crashing out

PeopleHR won't load properly.

If PeopleHR is running slow, not loading properly or crashing out, please check our service status page for any downtime or outages.

If there are reports of slowness on this page, we're aware of the issue and are working on resolving it as soon as possible. If the page shows the All systems are go! message, we recommend you try the following.

  • Clear your browser cache.

  • Try a different browser.

  • Check your internet connection.

  • Ask your colleagues if they're experiencing the same.

  • Try to log into your PeopleHR account on a different PC or device, such as the browser on your mobile phone.

If PeopleHR works for your colleagues and works for you if you log in via a different browser or device, this suggests your PC or browser may be running slow or blocking PeopleHR. In this instance, contact your IT support.

If your colleagues are experiencing the same issue and you see the same when you use a different browser or device, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.
