To overcome this issue:
Use the normal URL, not the one that has been saved in bookmarks.
Clear your cache.
Try a different browser or device.
Check with your IT department to see whether you have security measures put in place on your work computers or Wi-Fi.
📌Note: The correct URL should look like: https://[companyname].peoplehr.net.
The URL from bookmarks would be https://[Companyname].peoplehr.net/Pages/LeftSegment/Dashboard.aspx Everything after .net should be removed. You can also check our status page to see the regular posts in regards to the PeopleHR status.
For the mobile app:
Delete and reinstall
Ensure no VPS or pop-up blockers
Try resending the welcome email or temporarily changing to a different email to see if they can access on the different email address
