This error occurs if PeopleHR and Access Evo (previously Access Workspace) sites are connected and you've bookmarked a specific screen in your log-in flow.

To overcome this behaviour, remove the bookmark and access your organisation's companyname.peoplehr.net URL and bookmark this.

If the above didn't help, log in using a different browser.

Currently, this process requires you to enter your email each time you log in, however, this is a temporary situation until we progress through our migration to Identity.

Looking ahead, the log-in screens will be rationalised to only have one step.

If you're still experiencing the issue, raise a new case online and confirm the following details:

  • Who in the company is affected by this? Is it you, all users, some users, or consultants? Is it always the same users?

  • What URL do you/they use to sign in?

  • If the affected user navigates directly to https://go.accessacloud.com, then do they get a working menu there?

  • What browser are they using?

  • Do they have other tabs opened with the PeopleHR app, or any other Access app that uses Access Identity to sign in?

  • After signing in do they immediately try to access Access Button, or are they doing any other action?

  • Do they get the error every time they sign in, or sometimes?

  • Do they see the error message or a blank region (white space)?
