Click Settings then Authorisations.

Click the arrow for Transaction then select Logbook.

Click the relevant rule then add any relevant approvers.

2. Click Settings then Authorisations.
3. Click the arrow for Transaction then select Logbook. 
4. Click the relevant rule then add any relevant approvers.
5. Click Save.
