Approve a logbook

Where can I approve a logbook that an employee has submitted in the system.

When you set up an authorisation rule for a logbook, any entries employees submit automatically appear in the approverโ€™s authorisation tab for review and approval.

To approve a logbook request.

  1. Click Access Button image then click Authorisations.

  2. Click Logbook then select the relevant request.

  3. Review the information entered, then click Declined or Approved.

๐Ÿ“ŒNote: If you click delete or decline, the logbook will be deleted from the employee's logbook tab.
