Other event duration is incorrect

Other event showing as 24 hours.

If you require Other Events to be the same duration as the employees work pattern, you can turn this setting on.

To do this, follow the steps below:

  1. Click Access Button image then click HR Admin.

  2. Click Settings then select the Holiday & Absence tab.

  3. Select Turn on next to Apply Work Pattern on Other Events.

πŸ“ŒNote: Changing this setting only affects future Other Events added to the system.
