If you previously had the Performance tab in PeopleHR but it's no longer there, to resolve this, check the following.
Your PeopleHR License
In order to see the Performance tab, you need to have the Performance feature included in your PeopleHR licence. To check this, follow the steps below.
Click Access Button
then click HR Admin.
Click Settings then click Licences.
Next to Performance, check whether there is a tick or a cross.
If there's a cross, this means you don't have Performance included in your licence. If you'd like to add it, contact your account manager via the Contact Us form.
If there's a tick here, move on to the next section.
In Use check box
Click Access Button
then click HR Admin.
Click Settings then click Performance.
Ensure you've selected the In Use check box.
If this is already selected, move on to the next section.
Performance review completion date
Another reason the Performance tab might not show is your review templates don't have a completion date. To check this, follow the steps below.
Click Access Button
then click HR Admin.
Click Settings then click Performance.
Under Completion Date, check whether there's a date.
If there's no date and you need to enter one, click the calendar icon and select the relevant date. If you don't need a completion date, for example for all-year-round reviews, you can leave this blank.
πNote: Because the Performance tab tracks performance based on this date, if there is no date, the Performance tab or the review without a completion date won't show.
