Access People Analytics Premium - Compare

What is the Compare function in Access People Analytics Premium.

Compare function in Access People Analytics Premium allows you to view detailed data for employees and provides a comparison grid to support you answering questions such as:

  • Should I make a counter offer to keep an employee from leaving?

  • Who is the best internal candidate to fill a new leadership position?

To compare employees, follow the below steps.

  1. Click Compare, then select Employee from the dropdown list.

  2. In the search box, type a name or an employee ID.

    📌Note: By default, only active employees will be included in the search results. If you want to analyse a former employee, click Active Employees and select All.

  3. To use this employee as the master for comparison, click Pin to compare.

  4. To add another employee to the comparison grid, click Add comparison on the Visual Actions menu.

  5. In the Compare to panel, enter a name or employee ID in the search box.

📌Note: You can continue to add other employees to this compare grid as required.

To remove an employee, in their column header, expand the three dot menu and click Remove.

To reset the comparison, click Reset.
