Working Pattern does not reflect correct number of contracted hours

Contracted hours field shows incorrect information in the employee's planner settings.

When assigning a Rotating work pattern, the system defaults the contracted hours to your system default.

When changing a Work Pattern, you have the option to adjust the contracted hours so that it is correct. This needs to be manually entered in the contracted hours field.

To correct this, reassign the user to their old work pattern, with the original effective date, then assign the rotating work pattern again with the correct contracted hours.
