Ripple keeps triggering for the same user

If the user still appears in the query, the Ripple will trigger the following day for them if this has been allowed to repeat or if the Ripple is deleted from their record, it will trigger again the same day.

To prevent this, ensure the filters applied to the query that is linked to Ripple will only have the user appear on one day, for example filtered to Today.
