View expense requests and decline reasons on mobile.

If you wish to see just your expenses, this can be done only through the mobile app.

You have two ways to see expenses, either:

  • On the expenses overview on your dashboard, tap View Expenses.

  • In the bottom right, tap the three lines then tap Expenses.

All expense requests show as either:

  • Approved: Green tick.

  • Pending: Orange clock.

  • Decline: Red triangle.

  • Paid.

To view declined comments and resubmit, tap the Declined tile.

To view an expense, tap the Declined expense tile. Once addressed the comments, submit again for approval.
