To build a query on declined holidays, use the query builder to extract information from the system in the form of a report. The report can be exported to CSV or printed.

To build a holiday report:
Click Access Button
then click HR Admin.
Click Queries then click the plus + icon.
Click Holidays, then select the following fields:
Holiday Status
Holiday Start Date
Holiday End Date
Holiday Comments
Holiday Approved By
Holiday Updated DateTime
Click Next, then select Holiday Status.
Apply the filter to Equals as Rejected.
To limit the report to a specific period, select Holiday Start Date.
Set the filter to, for example, This Year or This Month.
βNote: To filter between two specific dates, select Greater Than and Less Than.Click Next and name your query.
Select a category and write a description, then click Next.
To export or print, click Export to and select CSV or Printer.
