How to create a query on declined holiday requests

Seeing employees' declined holiday requests.

To build a query on declined holidays, use the query builder to extract information from the system in the form of a report. The report can be exported to CSV or printed.

To build a holiday report:

  1. Click Access Button image then click HR Admin.

  2. Click Queries then click the plus + icon.

  3. Click Holidays, then select the following fields:

    • Holiday Status

    • Holiday Start Date

    • Holiday End Date

    • Holiday Comments

    • Holiday Approved By

    • Holiday Updated DateTime

  4. Click Next, then select Holiday Status.

  5. Apply the filter to Equals as Rejected.

  6. To limit the report to a specific period, select Holiday Start Date.

  7. Set the filter to, for example, This Year or This Month.
    ​Note: To filter between two specific dates, select Greater Than and Less Than.

  8. Click Next and name your query.

  9. Select a category and write a description, then click Next.

  10. To export or print, click Export to and select CSV or Printer.
