Create a ripple to check signed documents

Check whether an employee has signed a document.

To check whether an employee has signed a document, you can create a ripple process.

πŸ“ŒNote: The ripple only checks the documents you uploaded by a mail merge step of a ripple. If you uploaded the document into PeopleHR, the process cannot verified.

  1. Click Access Button image then click HR Admin.

  2. Go to Settings and select Ripple.

  3. Click the plus + button, then select the ripple type as Background.

  4. Set the status as Active, then name it and write a description.

  5. Click Add Step:
    ​

    • Select Mail Merge, then select the document template.

    • Tick Employee/Manager Access and Signature Required.

    • Click Save.

  6. Click Add Step:

    • Select the Wait step, then enter the amount of time to wait in days.

  7. Click Add Step:

    • Select the Check Document signed step, then select the template.

    • Add the action Exit.

  8. Click Add Step:

    • Select the Go to step, then select Wait step.

  9. Set the status to Active then click Save.
