You may change the probation period to better assess an employee's fit, extend evaluation time, or align with specific company needs. This ensures new hires meet expectations before finalizing their role.

To change the default probation period, follow the steps below.
Click Access Button
then click HR Admin.
Click Settings, then click the Company tab.
Under Probation Period, select the relevant measurement.
Change the number in the Probation Period field.
Add a reason for change, then click Save.
