Incorrect FTE showing in user's profile

A users FTE is showing incorrectly in their profile against their work pattern.

If a user's FTE is showing incorrectly, you can manually refresh it using bulk actions.

To do so:

  1. Click Access Button image then click HR Admin.

  2. Click Bulk Actions then Employee Settings.

  3. Click Assign Work Pattern then filter for the employees you wish.

  4. Click Next, then select their current work pattern, and click Yes.

  5. Input the effective date and click Save.

  6. Go to the user's profile to check if the refresh has worked.
