Unable to update a users FTE salary amount

Unable to update FTE salary for some staff.

If you are unable to update a users FTE salary amount, this may be due to the user not having an FTE salary amount entered when the salary was added. To add one:

  1. You would either need to delete or create a new salary record.

  2. You would need to input the amount and use the Help Me Calculate option to ensure the user has an FTE salary entered.

  3. Once entered, click Save the pop up window, then again on salary entry window.

๐Ÿ“ŒNotes:

  • If you have an integration with Access Payroll, then you are unable to delete salary entries. Instead you would need to create a new one.

  • You are unable to assign a salary record with the same effective date, instead you would need to edit the previous entry to the day before, then assign the new one with the correct date.

  • You would need to speak to payroll to ignore the change so this doesn't result in any back payments before actioning the above.
