Zero Duration: If the Entitlement Includes Public Holiday? is unticked.
Nonzero Duration: If the Entitlement Includes Public Holiday? is ticked.
Bank holiday duration is showing as zero
The duration shows as zero hours on the planner and not being deducted from their allowance.
