When querying on holidays booked, and filtering the holiday start date and end date by greater or less than a specific date, the query will pick up the start and end dates and the duration that appears in the planner, not based on filters.

Example: Holiday End Date is filtered by less than 31/05/2023, but the holiday's end date in the employee's planner exceeds this date, the query will display the correct end date based on the planner information, not based on filters.

For such scenarios, export the report as a CSV file and edit the information in Excel.

When creating a holiday query and the results don't match with user's planner, you need to make sure you included the below fields:

  • Holiday Status.

  • Deleted Holiday.

This will clarify the results as the query will pick up the holidays that were deleted or rejected too if they are not filtered out.
