When creating a query on logbooks, it's currently not possible to filter the query by the latest logbook.
By default, the system will pick up all logbooks added to the employee's record for the logbook screen you are reporting on.
The filters available can help filter the report by a specific timeframe if the logbook itself includes a date field, however, if multiple logbooks fall into that timeframe, the report will pick up multiple logbooks.
How can I report on the latest logbook only?
Query on latest logbook without including historical information.
