Unable to see the entire documents list

User is only able to scroll down to a certain period of time to view documents.

If this happens:

  1. On your browser, click the 3 dot menu on the top right.

  2. On the Zoom field, click - to zoom out to 50%.

  3. Select + to return to the initial zoom settings, which shouldn't be greater than 100%.

  • Alternatively, you can do this by using the CTRL and - or + keys on your keyboard.

If this fails, try in a different browser or clear your browser's cache memory.
