This could be due to a browser issue, follow the below:
On your browser, click the three-dot menu on the top right
On the Zoom field, select - to zoom all the way out
Select + to return to the initial zoom settings
Alternatively, you can do this by using the CTRL and - or + keys on your keyboard.
You can also try in a different browser or clear your browser's cache memory.
If the issue persists after actioning all the above, raise a case with us mentioning:
The names of the applicants who should show on the list.
That you have followed the above instructions.
If other admins are having the same issue.
A screenshot of the issue.
That you have granted us access to your system so we can investigate further.
