You get the chat feature on your mobile app. Communicate with your colleagues in real-time and send them images, gifs, your current location, and much more.
📌Note: Ensure you have the current version of the app.
To create a new chat, on your mobile app, tap the chat icon.
To start a conversation with another colleague, tap the plus icon.
To start a chat with a group, tap the people icon.
For more options, on the main chat screen, swipe left, then tap one of the below options. Alternatively, tap out of the options box to go back to the main chat screen:
Add people.
Mark as favourite.
Mute.
Mark as unread.
Archive.
Report.
To filter your chats, tap the filter
icon.
To send media files, tap the plus
icon:
Send a photo from your files or straight from your camera.
Send a GIF.
Attach a file from your phone.
Send a voice message.
Send your current location.
Add a hyperlink.
