You cannot remove the Overview segment from the Performance review template.
However, you could remove the option from Ratings:
Click Access Button
then click HR Admin.
Go to Settings and click on Performance.
Click on the relevant review.
Untick the boxes from Ratings field.
📌Note: This way, the performance review will only require the completion of the Overview box.
