As an admin, to build a report on ATS, follow the steps below:
Click Access Button
then click HR Admin.
Click Queries then click the plus icon.
Select Vacancy.
In the next three columns, select the items to include in the report. In order for this query to pull out the data you wish for, you will need to select at least:
Vacancy.
Status.
Date Created.
Closing Date.
Then you can apply any filters you find suitable.

To export this in an Excel file, follow the steps below:
Select your query then select Export to on the top right corner.
Click Export to Excel.
From there you can apply any other filters or formulas you might find useful.
