Payroll is not updating employee ID from PeopleHR

Payroll integration is not recognizing the employee ID change on PeopleHR.

Within PeopleHR whenever updating any employee's personal details, this will send the updated value as an event to be processed in Access Payroll, this would cover the creation/update/deletion of fields which are mapped in the integration.

To update Employee ID, this can be updated from PeopleHR and will automatically update Access Payroll. To action that:

  1. Click Access Button image then click Employee.

  2. Select the relevant employee's record then click on Personal.

  3. Change Employee ID.
