Within PeopleHR whenever updating any employee's personal details, this will send the updated value as an event to be processed in Access Payroll, this would cover the creation/update/deletion of fields which are mapped in the integration.

To update Employee ID, this can be updated from PeopleHR and will automatically update Access Payroll. To action that:
Click Access Button
then click Employee.
Select the relevant employee's record then click on Personal.
Change Employee ID.
πNote: To update Payroll ID, this can be manually updated on Access Payroll.
