Queries or files cannot be attached to ripple emails, however, Hotsheets can be used as an alternative.
If you set up a Hotsheet and send this to users beforehand you can use the ripple as a reminder to run that Hotsheet.
Another way to do this is to host the file in a shared environment such as Google Drive or Sharefile, so that you can get a link directly to that file which can be entered into the email.
