If the timesheet report is showing the working hours for the day outside of a 15-minute rounding period this may be due to the current setup within the rounding fields.

The rounding options can also look at the grace periods you may have applied:

  • Day rounding (minutes): Rounded minutes applied for a shift in a working day.

Example: Clock-in at 6:37 will be rounded up to 6:45 by using the 15-minute rounding step, whilst clock-in at 6:32 will be rounded down to 6:30 due to the clock-in grace period.

  • Clock-In grace period (minutes): Allowed minutes for a clock-in, in accordance to the shift start time.

Example: For a shift day starting at 8:00, a clock-in at 8:03 will be rounded to 8:00, because the minutes past or before starting time are less than or equal to grace period.

  • Clock Out grace period (minutes): Allowed minutes for a clock-out, in accordance to the shift end time.

Example: For a shift day ending at 18:00, a clock-out at 18:57 will be rounded to 19, because the minutes past or before ending time are less or equal to grace period.
