When creating document templates and using the merge tags list:
Make sure you are using the right tag.
If the value is set in the future and you are using a tag that is designed for current values, it will show as not available.
When the salary effective date is in the future the tags used can be:
[[Future Total Annual Salary]]
[[Future Salary Currency]]
[[Future Salary Type]]
