If the Performance tab is not showing the correct number of users, the sub-tab along the bottom of this tab will show all the users who are currently applied to the review and the stage they are at within a user's profile.
If this has an arrow to the right this will mean this has been completed, shared, and closed.
If this shows as shared for the employee but in progress for the manager, or vice versa, this will mean this has not yet been shared by one of the users.
If there is no arrow to the right or no option showing, this has not yet been opened in the employee profile.
📌Note: You can view who the performance review is being applied to via the performance template. You can select the Test rule option to the right of the review.
