If there is a timesheet and an unpaid other event on the same date the timesheet would need to reflect the hours that have been paid, the other event will then be shown as an audit presented as UNPAID within the timesheet report.

This will then reflect the paid rate and unpaid other event in order to show why the hours have differed for the day.
