Data check query

How to check for bad or missing data.

To run a data check query, follow the below steps:

  1. Click Access Button image then click HR Admin.

  2. Click Queries, then scroll down to queries with the DataCheck prefix or search for a keyword.

  3. Click the query you want to run.

The results appear in a window. You can edit the query details and run it again, or export the results to their device.

πŸ“ŒNote: These queries are filtered seven days from when the employee record was created. You can remove or amend this filter to set your perimeters.
