If the People Analytics graph does not reflect the same number of employees as the headcount report. You will need to follow the steps below.
From the HR Dashboard select Headcount.
Click the Settings, then enable Show others.
Clicking the Others row will reveal the departments grouped under this category on the right-hand side, along with their associated user numbers.
📌Note: The Others category groups contain departments with fewer users compared to those displayed individually.
