Sometimes the HR Admin, Employee, applicant tracking system (ATS) or Planner tab in Access Evo shows the wrong page. For example, the HR Admin tab shows the Employees page, or the Employee tab shows the HR Admin page. You might then be unable to access HR Admin, queries or employees.
To show the right page again:
In Access Evo, click the three-dot icon to the right of the tab that shows the wrong page.
Close the tab.
Click Access Button, then reopen the area you need, such as HR Admin.
The tab now shows the right page.
