Give thanks

Getting more engagement from employees with the thanks feature.

To give recognition badges to other employees, see any badges, and comment on them, you can give thanks in PeopleHR.

Everyone in your company can access the Thanks feature if it's turned on by an admin.

Turn on the Thanks feature

To check whether the Thanks feature is enabled, and turn it on if it isn't, follow the steps below.

  1. Click Access Button image then click HR Admin.

  2. Click Settings then select the Thanks in Use check box.


Give thanks

To give thanks to an employee, follow the steps below.

  1. Click Thanks then click Give Thanks.

  2. Select a badge then click Next.

  3. Add a comment then click Next.

  4. Select the desired people then click Preview.

  5. Click Post.

As an admin, you can also include giving thanks as a step in your ripple.
