Can't delete Thanks badges

Can't delete Thanks categories.

To delete a Thanks badge, you need to ensure it's not used by neither the active employees or leavers.

If you are unable to delete the Thanks categories:

  1. Click Access Button image then click HR Admin.

  2. Select the Queries tab and click the + icon.

  3. Select Thanks from the left column.

  4. From the right column select Thanks Badge.

  5. Click Next.

  6. Filter Thanks Badge to Non-Blank.

  7. Click Next.

  8. Name the query and click Save.

  9. Select Options and tick Include Leavers.

Then, you need to delete the Thanks badges that are:

  1. Click Access Button image then click HR Admin.

  2. Select the relevant user and click their Thanks tab.

  3. Click the Bin icon next to the relevant badge.
