If you encounter this error when logging in via the mobile app, try the following troubleshooting steps:

  • Update the app. Ensure both IOS and Android mobile app versions are running on the latest version

  • Reinstall the mobile app.

  • Clear cache for the app.

  • Ensure Google Chrome is installed on your mobile phone.

  • Reset Google Chrome app to its initial default settings.

πŸ“ŒNote: Before updating or deleting the app, make sure you have no draft expenses. Otherwise they will be deleted.
